New Patients

Your first visit  establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your dentist. To understand what to expect for your first visit to our practice, please read through this page. You'll find throughout this website all of the practical information you will need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more. There's also background information about our committed staff and our first visit procedures. You can even save some time at your first visit by printing out and completing the patient forms below in advance of your appointment.

We make it a point to meet our Mission, Value and Vision Statements every day:

Our Mission Statement:
To be a community general practice that provides consistent, gentle, and affordable dental care to all our patients, regardless of age.

Our Value Statement:
We value our patients and are dedicated to providing an environment for professional growth and continual learning in order to enhance the doctor/patient experience.

Our Vision Statement:
1. To develop the practice in a moderate, sustained manner while continuing to expand it’s patient base;

2. To continually improve our employee’s scope of knowledge and professionalism; and

3. To continually reinvest in current technology in order to provide our patients the very best care possible.

What To Expect
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this website. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familiarize yourself with the doctors. We look forward to your first visit.

Initial Oral Examination
Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bitewing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.
